Professional Statement
I provide counseling services in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, offering a supportive space for individuals and mental health professionals seeking deeper self-awareness, healing, and personal growth. My goal is to serve as a catalyst for meaningful change—guiding you toward a more authentic, balanced, and empowered version of yourself.
With extensive experience in clinical practice, I specialize in addressing a wide range of challenges including family dynamics, relationship difficulties, complex trauma, personality-related concerns, and other life stressors. My therapeutic approach is informed by training in mindfulness, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), solution-focused methods, psychodynamic principles, and other evidence-based modalities.
As a holistic, eclectic, and culturally attuned therapist, I strive to create a safe and inclusive environment where you can explore issues such as grief, intrusive thoughts and behaviors, relational distress, anxiety, depression, anger, sexual concerns, life transitions, and identity exploration.
