Fei Hu, LMFT is passionate about supporting adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, helping them to gain deeper insight into underlying issues that impact their relationships and sense of belonging in the world. Her work is influenced by psychodynamic, attachment-based, trauma-informed approaches and interpersonal neuroscience. She integrates expressive arts modalities with traditional talk therapy when relevant. Her specialty is working with people impacted by complex or developmental trauma, and helping them to gain insight into how early childhood experiences shape their current lives.
