Dr. Tai Woltmann is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing individual and group psychotherapy to adults and older adults. In therapy, Dr. Woltmann uses an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing from evidence-based treatments that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)).
