Dr. Tai Woltmann is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in providing individual and group psychotherapy to adults and older adults. In therapy, Dr. Woltmann uses an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing from evidence-based treatments that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Her therapeutic style is informed greatly by each individual patient as she strives to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment for her patients where they can feel supported and heard.
