Professional Statement
With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, my work is centered on helping clients feel heard, understood, and supported in a genuine and collaborative way. I provide individual and group therapy with a focus on creating a safe, comfortable space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences.
I use humor thoughtfully to help build connection, ease tension, and make the therapeutic process feel more approachable. I work with a wide range of mental health concerns and support clients in exploring symptoms they may be experiencing, including discussing and understanding potential diagnoses when appropriate. My approach is always guided by each client’s unique needs, goals, and readiness for growth.
I strive to create an environment where clients feel empowered to ask questions, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
