Rachia Wellner, MFT Adults, Families
The most important part of working with you is to help you to be the best you can I am experienced doing it for over 22 years with a large variety of cultures, populations, and different presenting difficulties; dual-diagnosed, career changes, work or/and relationship conflicts, depression, anxiety, soldiers' trauma, domestic violence, and more. I have lived/worked on both coasts of the USA and in a few other countries. I treat all patients with dignity, competence, and compassion. The use of CBT and Positive Psychology combination and direct approach I use as it is the most helpful in the hard task of changing our perception toward a happier life. I promote and offer an objective point of view to achieve higher functioning and mindful purpose for your own life. YOU DESERVE IT!
