Professional Statement
Hi, my name is Rachel, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have experience working in different settings including within the medical system, primary care clinic, residential setting, and community mental health. I have worked with adolescents and adults. I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, trauma, and those adjusting to changes in their life. I am trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. I take an open-minded, non-judgmental, collaborative, and person-centered approach when working with individuals. My goal is to create a safe environment for clients to be able to process through their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches with the hope that it helps you gain the insight, awareness, strength, and tools to help you through the challenges that you are or have faced. If you are ready to work through those challenges, it would be my honor to provide the support, compassion, and accountability in a safe environment to help you heal and grow.
