Peter Adams has offered counseling in San Francisco since 2011, working with individuals and couples on finding the happiness that they want for themselves. He believes that happiness, in all its subtle and powerful forms, is what motivates and sustains changes in our thoughts, our feelings and our actions. Peter has extensive experience working with depression and anxiety, relational stress, and past trauma. His approach is clear, direct and loving. He works with clients to foster their present awareness, their capacity for acceptance, and their commitment to their own goals for themselves and their lives.
