Greetings, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in serving those who struggle with Mental & Emotional Health care needs. I believe in, and work from a client centered strength based therapeutic approach. I believe all clients are individuals with their own personal history, story, and struggles. My therapeutic approach allows each individual therapy session to be tailored towards a client's specific therapeutic need. Throughout my career I've worked with various populations including children, Adolescents, teens, young, and older adults. Experienced in Clinical Assessments, Crisis Intervention, Risk Management, along with targeted therapies for those experiencing Homelessness, Trauma, and those with Developmental Disabilities. I use an array of therapeutic techniques including Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
