Professional Statement

As a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, I am committed to providing a compassionate, client-centered approach to mental health care. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches and client centered therapy. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic techniques to support emotional resilience, relational, and personal empowerment. With experience working with individuals and couples across a range of issues—including anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions and relationship issues, I aim to foster meaningful and lasting change. My role is to walk alongside clients with empathy, professionalism, and respect, helping them navigate challenges and build the skills necessary for a fulfilling life.
