Professional Statement

In this busy world with many people plugged into devices it can sometimes be difficult to personally connect with someone and be heard. My objective is to really listen, be present, connect, provide feedback and reflect on what may help your life become more rewarding, less stressed, more empowered, or unstuck, even reinvented! Every person is unique and together we will explore your strengths and the best options that will enhance you, your child or your family's well-being. I work through an integrative lens, and I may provide coping tools using the enneagram, genograms, explore attachment or use a psychodynamic or client-centered approach. I have always been passionate about learning about and understanding personalities as well as a desire to help others reach their full potential.
