My name is Ladan Khaneghahi and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology in Switzerland and completed my MFT program in Los Angeles. I have been in practice for over 20 years and have been fortunate to work with a diverse population. I am highly aware and mindful of cultural differences, norms, and customs and I encourage and value autonomy and individualism as part my core practice. Working with clients and being part of their journey towards healing and self-discovery has been extremely rewarding and gratifying for me over the course of my practice. I have experience helping clients with Eating disorders, body image, self-esteem issues, anxiety, interpersonal & relational challenges and difficulties. I draw from a diverse array of educational, career and life experiences and apply different modalities to create an individualized care plan for each of my clients. I believe in a dynamic, collaborative, strengths-based and solution oriented approach where I support clients in uncovering their inherent strengths by becoming a self-actualized author of their own lives where they can embrace new possibilities.
