Professional Statement

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I have over 10 years experience in social service/mental health settings as a therapist working with a variety of individuals, teens, Family, from different backgrounds presenting with issues ranging from anxiety, depression, substance use, divorce, justice involved, homelessness, developmental delays, trauma, dual diagnosis, and family issues. I have a master’s degree in counseling psychology. I have worked in settings including crisis homes, residential treatment centers, and mobile crisis teams. I provide a person-centered, non-judgmental space to assist with understanding and breaking free from unhealthy behaviors and thought patterns. During my free time I enjoy music, movies, concerts, shopping, and the beach.
