Dr. Kris Cruz is a licensed psychologist who helps those invested in understanding and connecting with themselves heal and self-care through the guidance of their inner truths and values. She applies depth and relational approaches to promote self-compassion, alignment, and wholeness. Her therapeutic practice emphasizes connection and growth and embraces difficult truths, personal responsibility, and the power of choice. Dr. Cruz endeavors to create a safe, warm space for others to discover, explore, and know their inner worlds and the dynamics of their relationships. She aims to expand her patients' awareness in order to foster their self-empowerment, inner freedom, and kindness towards themselves.
