Professional Statement

BSW and MSW from Cal State University, Long Beach, Licensed since December 2016, have supervised Associate MFT's and ACSW, and APCCs since 2019. I have worked with L.A. County DCFS (CPS) as a Child Abuse Investigator & Social Worker (July 1998-December 2016), I have had a Private Practice since 2017 and I have worked with children, teens, adults and the geriatric populations. I prefer to work with the adult population (ages 18-65). I have been a Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Manager, and Clinical Director, and a Program Director in nonprofit agencies in Southern California. I have also worked in Oakland at a homeless services agency as a Program Manager. I have one adult daughter and three stepchildren. Two are attending San Jose State University. I have worked with the severely mental ill at a few community mental health facilities, a homeless services agency, and at a few private practices.
