I have been a licensed and practicing Psychologist for more than 30 years and draw from a variety of theoretical backgrounds. My goal is to partner with you, my client to develop specific goals to increase resiliency, increase internal resources and develop new skills to manage old problems. I utilize evidence-based techniques to help you find increased meaning, better coping, more effective ways of managing difficult feelings and to experience more joy in your personal relationships.
