I am a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with over 10 years of experience in the counseling field. I am committed to supporting adults facing mental health challenges, providing evidence-based interventions, and fostering resilience. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health by combining cognitive-behavioral therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)), mindfulness practices, and psychoeducation to empower clients. I bring a warm and nonjudgmental stance that encourages self-exploration and growth. By using motivational interviewing and solution focused approaches, I help clients achieve goals and resolve problems. My mission is to help individuals build resilience, find hope, and thrive. I welcome new clients seeking support on their mental health journey. I am bilingual and can work with the Spanish speaking community.
