As a therapist, it is my goal to create a safe and accepting relationship where clients feel free to explore their personal challenges, fears or pain and learn to tap into their inner wisdom to heal. It is my belief that as human beings, we embark on a journey where many challenges arise and sometimes we all need a fellow traveler to walk alongside us for a season. Often our biggest challenge is ourselves. Along this part of your journey, I will strive to implement a variety of integrative, therapeutic approaches because there is no one-size-fits-all approach to helping people. It is my hope, through our sessions, that you will increase your understanding and acceptance of your past, deepen your relationship with yourself and others, and discover your inner courage and strength in order to break through old patterns of thinking and behaving that may be holding you back.
