Dr. Frederick Blum is a licensed psychologist who is passionate about providing a supportive, empathic, and welcoming place for individuals and Family to heal. Dr. Blum assists individuals who want to feel better while attaining individualized goals in their daily activities. For more than 35 years, Dr. Blum has worked with children, Adolescents, adults, and Family from diverse backgrounds. In therapy, Dr. Blum has a welcoming presence and builds trust while developing strong therapeutic relationships. The various modalities used in treatment include Person Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)), and Narrative Therapy.
