Life is full of transitions and changes and having the ability to talk with someone about those events can be a helpful experience. I’ve worked with many adults throughout the bay area in managing changes whether it be everyday stress, anxiety with work or life, depression, loss, or even coping with a recent or ongoing medical illness.
