Professional Statement

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over twenty years of experience helping individuals improve their lives. I focus on specific and tailored treatment of psychological distress, symptoms and disorders based on the individual needs of each person. With experience working with many diverse populations, I provide knowledge and experience using evidenced based treatments couched with a personcentered approach. I find that this approach allows patients to feel safe and comfortable in a new environment where they may be opening up for the first time. My goal is to help individuals find their way to live functioning, healthy and happy lives with a new understanding of how to approach life's challenges.
