I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a specialty in anxiety/stress management, depression, chronic illness, trauma, insomnia, and smoking cessation. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)), supported by mindfulness and stress management techniques to get you back to living your life. With each client, I ensure that each treatment plan is individually tailored, and encourage you to actively engage in therapy since you are the expert in your own life. As a previous chronic headache patient, I have seen the benefits of targeted stress management techniques on a wide range of symptoms. It would be my honor to assist you.
