Professional Statement

Helping clients heal from mental health issues like addiction, anger, depression, psychosis, anxiety, trauma, and relationship problems are incredibly rewarding. In the last 12 years, I have practiced in a wide variety of settings and have used many different modalities. I have incorporated boxing and adventure-based interventions to help clients heal from various disorders. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Martial Arts instructor. I obtained my B.A. in Psychology from Western Washington University. After my undergrad, I moved to the Bay Area, where I received my M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Argosy University. I currently reside in Los Angeles and am completing Ph.D. at Walden University. Please feel free to reach out if you'd like to work with me! I have evening and weekend appointments available.
