Danielle Brandon, MFT Adults
Professional Statement
With support, we can all grow, recognize our strengths, and live a more meaningful, connected, and enjoyable life. I bring curiosity to our unique life experiences, upbringings, communities, identities, and the various contexts we find ourselves in. Always interested in how these experiences both impact and nourish our lives. I support individuals with challenges that take many forms from anxiety, depression, relationship wounds, life transitions, ect. To foster building self authenticity, live with purpose, recognize capacity, feel more comfortable in our selves, heal wounds and self doubt, discover personal gifts we have over looked, to live a life with more enjoyment. I have a strong background supporting individuals and relationships: emotional health/wellbeing, relationship challenges, communication, grief/loss, navigating addiction recovery, trauma resolution, supporting empaths and sensitives, and generally helping navigate the intricacy of being a human.
