Professional Statement

I am a licensed psychologist in Pasadena with 17 years of experience. My expertise is with adults, pre-teens/teenagers, trauma/grief, and graduate students in the helping professions. For the last 11 years, I have been employed training primary care physicians, which has provided me with a unique ability to assist high-achieving adults. My primary orientation in working with clients is psychodynamic, often employing concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Whether you are seeking therapy during a time of grief or hardship, struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety, going through a life transition, or interested in personal growth, I would love to support you on this journey.
