Professional Statement

It is time to embark on the journey of peace and serenity. Join me as we discuss what it takes to be mindful and attempt to live a fulfilling life. I specialize in all age populations and life transitions. I enjoy using intervention based in a client-centered, Family Systems, and a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy orientation. I have various history working with at-risk youth in residential placements and group home settings. I also have worked with adults and youth with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health struggles. I enjoy working with couples and families, and feel that much progress can be had when family members participate in therapy.
