I work with people who want help navigating their pain however it presents itself, and finding means to reach their individual hopes and dreams. An approach I am able to provide in addition to talk therapy is art therapy, which utilizes creative expression to help you name and navigate the feelings which may feel impossible or difficult to be expressed in words.
