My approach is a well-rounded, whole person approach, to assist clients with decrease of symptoms and help them live a more fulfilling life. I collaborate with my client to create a treatment plan with realistic goals that fit them and allows clients to be successful and move forward in their lives without the need of constant therapy. I utilize treatment approaches from CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, Supportive Therapy, and EMDR models. My life philosophy and treatment philosophy both see the importance of empowerment. If one feels empowered in their life, they are motivated to grow and seek continued ways to improve themselves.
