Professional Statement

It is a privilege to collaborate with people on their journey to a well-lived life. Everyone brings in their own unique experiences and inner world into therapy and I strive to meet them with acceptance, compassion and honesty. I authentically care for my clients and believe the therapeutic relationship is key to understanding and reshaping a patient’s relationships with others and with themselves. I hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy from Pepperdine University and a certificate in Integrative Strategies in Trauma Informed Therapy. I primarily use a psychodynamic and trauma-informed approach though integrate other methods where appropriate.
