Therapy can help you remove unwanted behaviors and restore joy and fulfillment to your life. If you struggle with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship issues or impact from trauma, I provide a non-judgmental, active, caring environment to enable you to make positive changes. My therapeutic approach is supported by the most recent research. I integrate cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, and multicultural theoretical perspectives in my work. As you tell your story, I will help you identify your inner strengths, develop lasting and more effective coping skills that will re-energize your relationships and life. I have learned from my experiences how to help you improve your life by bringing insight from life experiences and psychological training. I am EMDR trained, and my professional interests include trauma, depression and anxiety, relationship problems, and grief. I am also certified to provide Immigration Psychological Evaluations.
