I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse population of client's in multiple settings including children as young as 4 to adults over the age of 65. I have done extensive work with parents to implement different strategies in their home to create a calmer and more connected environment. I have worked with both foster youth and parents during challenging periods of their lives to help them stabilize and keep their child or themselves in the home. In my more recent career I have had the pleasure of counseling parents who had a child five or younger and were experiencing difficulty in their personal lives due to parenting, or at times issues that were present prior to having children. I am trained and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) (Eye Motion Desensitization and Reprocessing) through the Parnell Institute with an emphasis on attachment. I am also certified in IPT (Interpersonal Therapy) which is utilized to provide therapy to mothers during pregnancy as well as

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
