Nice to Meet You
Looking for a caring therapist to help with solutions for anxiety or grief and loss? Are you dealing with the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship or divorce? Do you want a therapist who provides feedback as well as listening? I can help you through counseling and psychotherapy to move through your current struggle to a place of healing and peace. I am currently working with adults, couples, and Adolescents and their parents, and I look forward to developing a therapeutic relationship with you!
I help people to manage anxiety, process grief, decrease depression and improve relationships though use of psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, hand-outs, relaxation exercises, visualization and role-play. Additionally, I teach couples communication tools to more effectively understand each other and decrease conflicts.
I received my Bachelor's of Arts Degree in Psychology from UCLA and my Master's of Social Work Degree from CSULB. I believe that people become their best selves in a safe and confidential environment. I congratulate you on taking this step to improve your life. Please feel free to contact me to get started on your path to healing.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
