Dr. Sandra Lim is a board-certified psychiatrist with over 10 years of experience providing psychiatric care to adults with a wide range of mental health concerns. She has experience evaluating and treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), eating disorders, psychotic disorders, substance use and dual-diagnosis conditions, neurocognitive disorders, and personality disorders.

Dr. Lim completed her psychiatry residency at the University of California, San Diego, where she trained in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including the UCSD Obsessive-Compulsive Disorders Clinic and UCSD Eating Disorders Clinic. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Touro University College of Osteopathic Medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Throughout her career, Dr. Lim has worked collaboratively with physicians, therapists, social workers, case managers, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive psychiatric care. She brings extensive experience caring for patients across a broad range of clinical settings and levels of psychiatric need.

Her UCSD training included inpatient and outpatient work at UCSD Medical Center, the La Jolla VA, the OCD clinic, and the Eating Disorders Clinic, and she has been a staff psychiatrist with Family Health Centers of San Diego since 2017.
