Nice to Meet You
There are more things in heaven and Earth, Horatio, than are dreamt of in your philosophy.' (Shakespeare)
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 23 years of experience. I have extensive experience working with PTSD and other anxiety and Depression. I am a California transplant from the Northeast, with Italian, European, and Native American ancestry.
I believe we are emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual beings. So I use an intuitive, empathic, yet direct, holistic integrative approach, including the following modalities but not limited to:
* Guided journeying and relaxation techniques
* Somatic (body-focused) interventions
* Storytelling and metaphor
* Jungian perspectives, dream analysis, depth psychology
* Art therapy
* Mother wound and father wound work & psychodynamic
* Qigong
* Tantra
I believe exploring one's family history including the ancestral lineage - when appropriate - can shed light on old patterns, so sometimes regression work is helpful.
My gifts as an artist and writer bring a perspective that allows the metaphorical and subconscious to arise, with deeper insights and healing. If you're looking for an 'outside the box' and directive approach to therapy, I look forward to speaking with you.

office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your

little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
