I'm a licensed psychotherapist practicing in California, with a Masters degree in counseling psychology. I work with clients across a variety of issues. I counsel individuals, couples, teens, and Family from a wide range of cultural, racial and ethnic groups. My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic - allowing me to address common issues.

In therapy we will look to find meaning in our present-day challenges, and experiment with new ways of thinking and seek resolution.

My training and education make me especially qualified to treat depression, anxiety, existential concerns, LGBTQ+ issues, trauma, overwhelming emotions, self-esteem, and attachment wounds. Whatever it is you are struggling with, my job is to help you change your relationship with emotional pain and support you in becoming the person you want to become.

I know that choosing a therapist can be overwhelming- It is important to find the right fit. Together I hope to assist you in living a full, rich, meaningful life.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
