Nice to Meet You
I specialize in working with adults who are navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationship difficulties. Sometimes, people come to therapy with a clear sense of what's troubling them. Other times, they may feel stuck, dissatisfied, or find themselves repeating familiar patterns without fully understanding why.
Our emotional lives are often more complicated than we realize. We may hold conflicting feelings, struggle to understand our own reactions, or find ourselves wanting things that seem at odds with one another. I offer a space to explore these complexities , make new connections, and discover possibilities we may not have considered. I bring curiosity, warmth, and sensitivity to our work, making room for feelings or experiences that aren't always easy to understand or put into words. Often, it's through this exploration that something begins to shift.
