I practice Integrative Psychology, which means that I recognize the significance of mind, body, and spirit in each person’s mental health and well-being. My goal is to listen and understand your issues and offer tools to support you in identifying feelings, identify beliefs contributing to the problem and support you in seeing new possibilities to move forward in achieving your goals. During this process I will support you in identifying underlying needs and help you look at options to get your needs met. I have worked with individuals, couples, and Family for over 30 years and bring life experience and wisdom in addition to many mind-body and cognitive skills. I have done my own personal work, consequently, understand the territory of how to make changes. I am trained in transformational, Medical and Ericksonian hypnotherapy as well as NLP, Bioenergetics, Cognitive reframing, and transactional analysis.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
