My objective is to really listen, be present, connect, provide feedback and reflect on what may help your life become more rewarding, less stressed, more empowered, or unstuck, even reinvented! Every person is unique and together we will explore your strengths and the best options that will enhance you, your child or your family's well-being. I work through an integrative lens, and I may provide coping tools using the enneagram, genograms, explore attachment or use a psychodynamic or client-centered approach. I have always been passionate about learning about and understanding personalities as well as a desire to help others reach their full potential.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
