Nice to Meet You

Lindsey Dwyer-Tong is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 15 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, relational injuries, major life transitions, burnout, and high-pressure personal and professional demands. She is also the founder of LT Clinical Consulting & Concierge Services, a private practice providing discreet, highly individualized psychological care to executives, physicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs, creatives, public-facing professionals, couples, and families.

Lindsey specializes in trauma and relational dynamics that are often difficult to recognize from the outside. Many of her clients appear successful, capable, and composed while privately experiencing anxiety, emotional exhaustion, perfectionism, attachment wounds, betrayal trauma, codependency, or the effects of toxic and high-conflict relationships.

Her areas of expertise include:

  • Acute and complex trauma
  • Attachment and relational trauma
  • Betrayal trauma and trauma bonding
  • Narcissistic abuse and coercive control
  • Personality disorders and complex personality dynamics as a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment Provider
  • Anxiety, burnout, and chronic emotional overload
  • Codependency and unhealthy relationship patterns
  • High-conflict separation and divorce
  • ADHD-related emotional and executive-function challenges
  • Crisis stabilization and major life transitions
  • Moral injury and occupational trauma among physicians and attorneys

Lindsey’s approach is trauma-informed, direct, compassionate, and highly personalized. She integrates attachment-based therapy, cognitive and behavioral interventions, DBT-informed skills, somatic awareness, narrative work, and psychodynamic insight. Rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all protocol, she works collaboratively with each client to understand the experiences, relationships, and survival patterns shaping their present concerns.

Her professional background includes extensive work in psychiatric care, emergency medicine, addiction treatment, crisis intervention, clinical leadership, and program development. This range of experience allows her to work effectively with complex situations while maintaining the discretion, emotional safety, and clinical rigor her clients need.

Through her work with PAWC, Lindsey reserves a limited portion of her practice for clients using insurance. She believes financial circumstances or insurance status should not automatically prevent someone from receiving the thoughtful, individualized care typically associated with a high-end concierge practice.

While the structure and availability of insurance-based services differ from her private concierge model, every client receives the same clinical respect, depth of attention, and commitment to understanding the whole person—not simply a diagnosis or presenting symptom.

For Lindsey, exceptional care means helping clients feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported while providing practical tools for meaningful change. Her goal is to create a therapeutic experience that combines warmth and humanity with sophisticated clinical insight—making a higher standard of psychological care accessible to more of the people who need it.
