Finding balance and stability during a time of chaos can be overwhelming. Often times we may need a little guidance and support to help reach those goals of stability and success. It would be my honor to help support and empower you along your journey to find this balance in order to achieve the best version of yourself. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with years of experience working with diverse populations, backgrounds, and cultures. I have experience working with a variety of mental health issues that include depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, self-harm, co-occurring disorders, substance use disorders, and serious mental illness symptom management. In sessions I utilize treatment modalities which include motivational interviewing, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), plus many more to help you facilitate positive change in your life. I truly am passionate about helping my clients navigate and overcome difficult times in order to support them with being successful on their path to healing.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
