With warmth, sincerity, and authenticity, I welcome people who seek to heal wounds of the past and achieve peak levels of performance. I have expertise in the areas of trauma, LGBTQ + Issues and ConcernsQ+, and BIPOC and am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).) I have specific clarity about systems of oppression and their impact on people, especially those belonging to marginalized communities. I empathize, validate, and normalize many common human experiences and aim to decrease pathologizing these experiences. I bring a lighthearted yet clinically sophisticated approach to mental health care, and aim to help you see results in short order. If you've experienced trauma, neglect, invalidation, microaggressions, Abuse (Physical, Sexual, etc.), assault, or simply feeling anxious and/or depressed, you may be able to heal these experiences by seeking me out for compassionate care.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
