A pillar of her community, Kesia is deeply passionate about empowering those in need and has contributed her time and talents by serving as an active participant in many social service organizations, a few of her past endeavors include, serving as a monthly speaker at the Los Angeles Mission on Skid Row and contributing as the Founder of the Women of Confidence Support Group.

After having personally navigated her own trials and tribulations. She discovered the power of her voice and decided to use her heart for healing and advocacy to help others as they navigate their own mental health journey. Wanting to better educate herself, Kesia went on to receive her Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Corrections. She later obtained her Master’s in Social Work with a focus in Children, Youth, and Family with a minor in Mental Health. She is now a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Social Worker.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
