BSW and MSW from Cal State University, Long Beach, Licensed since December 2016, have supervised Associate MFT's and ACSW, and APCCs since 2019. I have worked with L.A. County DCFS (CPS) as a Child Abuse (Physical, Sexual, etc.) Investigator & Social Worker (July 1998-December 2016), I have had a Private Practice since 2017 and I have worked with children, teens, adults and the geriatric populations. I prefer to work with the adult population (ages 18-65). I have been a Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Manager, and Clinical Director, and a Program Director in nonprofit agencies in Southern California. I have also worked in Oakland at a homeless services agency as a Program Manager. I have one adult daughter and three stepchildren. Two are attending San Jose State University. I have worked with the severely mental ill at a few community mental health facilities, a homeless services agency, and at a few private practices.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
