I have been in the helping profession for over 12 years working with Adolescents and adults in various settings such as schools, residential treatment, primary care clinics and community mental health. I have worked in various settings rich with diverse cultures and have extensive knowledge of working with trauma, grief, codependency, depression, anxiety and adjustment to life stages. We all have hardships in our lives that at times feel insurmountable. I believe in each of our abilities to meet these obstacles, learn from them and turn them into some of our greatest opportunities for growth. As we work together in an authentic, safe and nurturing environment, my hope is that you will gain insight, tools, strength and self-compassion to help you and your relationships flourish. Entering into this self-work can feel scary like you're starting a journey that you don't know where the path leads, I would be honored to walk alongside you and look forward to meeting you.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our office requires two full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee. Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days (i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist, or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late cancellation policy.
