Thank you for considering me as your therapist to join you in your journey toward an improved overall well-being. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been in the field for approximately 7 years. I have spent most of my career working in a forensic setting in the Department of State Hospitals and local county jails.
My experience is rooted in trauma informed care to assist individuals who are struggling with a variety of experiences including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, psychotic disorders, personality disorders, and substance use among others. My goal is to empower clients to gain insight to understand these struggles a bit more through psychoeducation while working on concrete coping skills. We will work together to establish short term and long term goals to be accomplished during session.
I have worked with a variety of populations including families, adolescents, adults, and adults with a history of being incarcerated. I come from a law enforcement family and have worked side by side with law enforcement staff which has led me to understand the difficulties that come within the experience of a first responder.
It takes a lot of courage to take that first step in looking for help. That first step can lead to a fulfilling journey of self-discovery in a very safe and judgment free space. I will empower you to accomplish the goals we create which will foster a higher overall quality of life.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
