Hi. Sometimes our past, and present can hurt, can cause pain and suffering that prevents us from living the present and future lives that we want and deserve. Please allow me to assist you in taking a load off of your back that you’re carrying in this ongoing journey we call life. I can help you in processing unresolved trauma, grief, guilt and shame, anger, sadness, anxiety, addiction, etc. Maybe you’re stressed out from work, work relationships, partners, family, friends, life. We can utilize and enhance your existing strengths, and develop new ones, in transforming you to become the best version of yourself, and live a more meaningful life in how that means to you. I’m an eclectic therapist who does not use a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and instead, meets you where you’re at and develops a treatment plan that is as unique as you are. I like psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy) for trauma processing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) (Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), MI (Motivational Interviewing), SFT (Solutions Focused Therapy), systems, and others. Jeremiah has been working in the field for 9 years now. Jeremiah received his Masters of Social Work from California State University San Marcos and his Bachelors of Psychology from California State University Long Beach. In his free time Jeremiah likes to bodysurf, play tennis, videogames and boardgames, go watch movies/theater, and dine out.
