During these confusing and stressful times, it can be difficult to get the right kind of support. Things happen that can force almost anyone to re-evaluate life and spark the need for change. Clients may present with a range of life circumstances but come to therapy with the readiness and the desire to improve quality of life and build relationships with others and self.
No matter what, in each of us is the capacity for positive growth. My job is to support clients with the tools and the inspiration to build skills for better living. I use a strength-based approach and embrace issues of identity and diversity in the process. I use positive, narrative techniques and evidence-based methods as the foundation for change.
Like it or not, the impact of the pandemic has forced many changes in the way we live and the ways we view ourselves, each other and the world. More than ever, people need access to therapy. I welcome the chance to serve you.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
