My name is Jennifer (but most people call me Jen). I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a second master’s degree in forensic psychology. I have been working as a therapist since 2012. I have worked with individuals, couples, Family, and in a group dynamic and can work with all age ranges from 6 years old on up. I can work with any mental health or mood disorder and specialize in processing trauma.
A little of my background is I grew up on military bases since my dad worked in the Air Force where he retired. I have moved around quite a bit, so I am familiar with having to start over. I attended three different high schools before graduating and even though it was a struggle to pick up and move often, I am currently finding myself interested in traveling.
I have a heart for those struggling and know what it means to have to overcome challenges in life. I am well versed in therapeutic orientations like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing Therapy to name a few. I believe that therapy relationships are a partnership of two people working towards the same goal. Let me partner with you to face and overcome whatever life decides to throw your way.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
