Nice to Meet You
Helping clients heal from mental health challenges—including addiction, anger, depression, psychosis, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties—has been one of the most meaningful aspects of my work. Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in diverse clinical settings, utilizing a wide range of therapeutic modalities. My approach is active and engaging, I’ve successfully integrated boxing and adventure-based interventions into treatment to support clients in building resilience and reclaiming their lives.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Western Washington University and completed my M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Argosy University in the Bay Area. I also hold a Ph.D. in Psychology, with a specialization in Teaching and Research, from Walden University.
Based in Los Angeles, I offer evening and weekend appointments to accommodate a variety of schedules. If you’re ready to take the next step in your healing journey, I’d be honored to work with you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I look forward to connecting.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
