Nice to Meet You
Craig Beeson is a licensed psychologist who is passionate about providing a warm, supportive space to aid others in increasing positive emotions, finding flow, improving relationships, seeking deeper personal meaning, and moving toward a sense of accomplishment. With a primary focus in Narrative Therapy, Craig has found a particular interest in the stories that shape our lives and identity including culture, sexuality, gender, spirituality, loss, and other ways we make sense of our world. He works curiously and collaboratively toward reclaiming a greater sense of authorship by building a more preferred story and moving from what we know to what it is possible to know. With over 10 years of experience working primarily with university students he draws from a variety of perspectives including mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
