Nice to Meet You
I am a licensed psychologist in Pasadena with 17 years of experience. My expertise is with adults, pre-teens/teenagers, trauma/grief, and graduate students in the helping professions. For the last 11 years, I have been employed training primary care physicians, which has provided me with a unique ability to assist high-achieving adults. My primary orientation in working with clients is psychodynamic, often employing concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Whether you are seeking therapy during a time of grief or hardship, struggling with symptoms of depression and anxiety, going through a life transition, or interested in personal growth, I would love to support you on this journey. I enjoy working with people and seeing positive changes in their lives. One of the most important factors in any successful therapy is a good rapport between the therapist and the client. Come and meet with me and see if we can work together toward positive change in your life.

Missed and Late Cancel Office Policy: Our
office requires two
full business days’ notice (48 hours) to cancel or reschedule your
appointment or your credit card will be charged a late cancellation fee.
Saturdays, Sundays, and Legal Holidays are not counted as business days
(i.e., if you have an appointment on Monday at 11:00 am, and you wish to
change it without penalty, you would need to call our office on the
preceding Thursday morning before 11:00 a.m. to avoid the late cancellation
fee). The late cancellation fee is $150 for a session with a psychiatrist,
or $100 for a session with a psychologist or master’s level therapist. If
you are not present at the start time of your scheduled appointment, it may
be marked as missed by your provider. Unfortunately, we cannot bill your
insurance for late cancellations, missed sessions, and appointments with too
little time. We apologize that there are no exceptions to the late
cancellation policy.
